I'd certainly agree with this article, having endured sleeplessness, fitful sleeping, night 'horrors' and guilt. But. as I now begin to follow Olivier Amiesen's baclofen programme, I am now enjoying hours and hours of anxiety-free sleep, that is of the two-glasses-of-wine-a-night type (I am almost alcohol-free), even with amazing, lucid and happy alcohol-free dreams (I had lost the capacity to dream) -- I even dreamt the Queen was sitting on my lap the other night.
